The Job

Working within the marketing department you’ll be managing our Freshsales CRM. This role will be crunching through our lists to gain insights into customer groups, working them through the sales pipeline and creating email automations. A large part of the role will be warming leads and creating innovative email automation campaigns within Freshsales and Campaign Monitor. The role will require collating data from our customers and owning our prospects customer journey within the sales pipeline.

You will provide insights into what content is working, what campaigns could work, and project manage and deliver the outcomes of the campaigns you create.

As a team we will be working to warm leads for the three core areas of the business, Holiday Travel, Business Travel and Emergency Medical Repatriations.

These leads will then be CRM tracked for which you will create hit lists for the sales team to follow. You will be responsible for chasing the relevant team leaders on their follow up of the leads, segmenting and reporting the teams’ data sets and progress as appropriate.

We’re seeing real growth in our databases and need to provide the right content to the right people in well thought out automation campaigns. We are also creating automation campaigns for onboarding new customers with our new systems for video to increase adoption and training which will be a big part of the role. With your support we will ensure adoption of our travel management solutions by creating interesting emails containing adoption videos and how to guides.

Apply if you:

  • Have proven experience in managing Freshsales CRM. You will be the product champion and in charge of running the system from day one.
  • Solid track record of creating automation campaigns (essential).
  • Experience in creating email automations campaigns in drag and drop email software like Campaign Monitor, or similar with some examples of work you have completed.
  • Own an I Excel mug.
  • This role will test your creativity to build and manage engaging omni-channel campaigns and owning the Freshsales tool and taking responsibility for building and mining our database in warming leads for each of the three diverse travel

You will get full support from the marketing team on creating visual assets. If you have skills in Photoshop, Premiere, Google Analytics, Google PPC, this would be an added bonus, but remember when applying this is a data and sales role primarily creating warm leads for our sales team to follow up.

Skills Required

  • Freshsales management.
  • Solid email automation experience.
  • Campaign Monitor (or equivalent automation experience).
  • High competency levels in Excel.
  • Data management experience.
