Company restructure and Executive Board Promotions

With immediate effect, Meon Valley Travel is announcing Executive Board changes in anticipation of strong growth predicted through the latter part of 2019 and early 2020.

Colin Boddy, previously Corporate Director in the Leicester office, has been promoted to the new role of Commercial Director across the Group managing key external relationships and developing new and existing business, including the innovation of new products, tech and value. Colin will be relocating to join the head office team in Petersfield, Hampshire.

Karen Beagrie, previously Assistance and Leisure Director has been promoted to Operations Director across the Group managing all internal relationships to maximise efficient use of human resource, systems, productivity, service levels, integrated efficiencies and profitability.

These changes have been necessary with a view to simplifying the structure to correctly reflect the benefits of being one company and to enable Meon to focus on predicted growth in Corporate, Leisure and Repatriations.
