Groups Co-ordinator
Do you have a background in Group Travel and looking for a career move? We are looking for a Groups Co-ordinator, based in either Petersfield or Home based, to assist our clients with their enquiries. Daily Duties:
- Actioning Group queries
- Speaking to suppliers liaising with clients
- Sending quotations and following up on enquires
- Issuing invoices and chasing payments
- Working closely with the Business Travel Consultants
- Maintaining and updating product and supplier knowledge
Skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 1 year’s Business Travel or Groups experience
- Experience on a GDS (Amadeus preference)
- Attention to detail, accuracy and good organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook)
- Strong communication skills including excellent telephone manner
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Working as part of a team arranging worldwide travel for corporate & business accounts
- Sound geography knowledge
- Act as an ambassador and key point of contact for the client during their travels before, during and after
