Decisions are made by a specialist team of consultants based in Petersfield, Hampshire. Their sophisticated telephony enables calls to be answered promptly and personally by a specialist without delay. We don’t use answer phone messages or call to systems.

We provide our manned 24 hours dedicated travel emergency number provided on all relevant customer confirmation and itinerary paperwork; including that held by the hotels and airlines.

Should our clients require immediate assistance wherever they are in the world this is provided with dedicated resource and back up.
